What you are buying

AMAE is eight weeks and costs $400, paid once. You get every evening of it, the vow you write, and the ceremony at the end. MIMAMORU runs a year and its price is being set.

What we promise you

A room that runs when we said it would. A facilitator who has been trained by us. Words written for you rather than assembled for anybody. And your vow, kept exactly as you wrote it, for as long as you want it kept.

If you change your mind

Before the first evening, ask and we return all of it, with no reason required. After the first evening, write to us and tell us what happened — a person reads it and answers, rather than a policy.

If we cannot run a room

Too few families, an unwell facilitator, a room that falls through. You get every dollar back, and you hear it from us before you hear it from anywhere else.

If your circumstances change

Some pregnancies end. Tell us in as few words as you like and your money comes back in full, at any point, including afterwards. You will never be asked to explain.

What we ask of you

What is said in the room stays in the room. Six families trust each other with the most private hour of their week, and that only works one way.

The work is ours

The programme, the words and the letters belong to ITOSHIGO. Your vow belongs to you, completely, and we make no claim on it of any kind.

Where this sits

ITOSHIGO is part of Lamoureux Lane, in Melbourne, and these terms are read under the law of Victoria, Australia. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law sit above anything written here, and always will.
