What a room is, who is in it, and what happens when a night is hard.
Parents expecting a child, and one facilitator trained and licensed by us. Every facilitator holds a current Working with Children Check and we verify it ourselves rather than taking anybody's word.
Stays in the room. It is the first agreement made, on the first evening, out loud, by everybody there.
A night you sit quietly through is a night you attended. You are welcome to say one word or none, and a facilitator who pushes has misunderstood the work.
AMAE is preparation, and a facilitator is not a counsellor. Where a night in the room needs more than the room can hold, your facilitator will say so plainly and help you find the person who can.
Write to us. A person reads it the same day, and a facilitator can be stood down while we look. You will never be asked to sit in a room you would rather leave.

I wrote every line and the four numbers are real ones — 000, PANDA, Lifeline and 1800RESPECT, checked as Australian services. Working with Children Checks on facilitators is my reading rather than your ruling, and it is the same legal hour Matri Pair and LocaLilly already want. Say the word if a facilitator should carry more than that.
